Sneha pairs up with Nagarjuna in Rajanna

After a brief hiatus from Telugu cinema, Sneha will soon be seen in a period film starring Nagarjuna. The film has been tentatively titled as Rajanna and it will be directed by noted writer, Vijayendra Prasad. His son, S S Rajamouli is one of the leading directors of Telugu cinema at present. In the recent few years, Vijayendra Prasad had scripted almost all of S S Rajamouli’s films including Yamadonga, Magadheera.

Sneha had acted in Pandurangadu along with Balakrishna and Tabu. Two years since Pandurangadu’s release, Sneha has bagged this film which is being produced on Annapurna Studios banner. She had earlier acted along with Nagarjuna in Sri Ramadasu. Although the story of the film has been kept under wraps, S S Rajamouli has hinted that there will be loads of action sequences in the film. Few days ago, he himself had confessed that he would choreograph few vital action sequences for this film. Rajanna is going to be Vijayendra Prasad’s second directorial venture. He had earlier directed a film titled Sri Krishna starring Ali and Brahmanandam back in 2006 which went unnoticed.

Nagarjuna is flying high with back to back films which are lined up release. First among the list is Gaganam, which has been directed by Radha Mohan and later in December another film directed by Veeru Potla is set to hit the screens.
